TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COMMUNITY SESSION

Perfect for small team meetings, client meetings, make up and hair consultation, or for solo office work that requires a space.  Couches are first come first serve.  If you’d like to book the Dressing room for consultations or client meetings, please contact second space.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is made by you more than 24 hours before your reserved time slot, Second Space agrees to refund all payment.  If the cancellation is made by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation, the client will be responsible for the balance due.  All cancellations must be made in writing.  

 

PAYMENT and DEPOSIT POLICY

Payment in full is required to secure a date and price. Payments can be made via cash or credit card.  

 

AFTER BILLING

There may be instances where the after will be necessary.  Instances may include, but are not limited to additional hours of rental, additional rentals, furniture removal or re-arranging, as well as other last minute requests by you, the client.  In the instance where after billing occurs, the client is responsible to pay for the charges incurred.  If Second Space has a credit card on file from the client, the card may be used by Second Space for any after billing that takes place. 

 

MISCELLANIOUS

Client will be responsible for any damage to the space or any items in the photoshoot space done by any guests at the client.  

PARTIAL BUYOUT

Perfect for studio usage, large team meetings, or portrait sessions.  This option will give you usage of certain areas of the space that you would like reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is made by you more than 30 calendar days before your event, Second Space agrees to refund all payment less payment fees (i.e. credit card fees or transaction fees).  If the cancellation is made by the client within 30 calendar days of the event, the client will be responsible for (40%) of the balance due.  Any cancelations made 10 days or less prior to event, the client is responsible for 100% of the contracted value. All cancellations must be made in writing.  

If the partial buyout is canceled by Second Space OC due to force majeure i.e. an “Act of God”, or the event occurring which was beyond Second Space’s commercially reasonable control, or the event becomes commercially unreasonable for Second Space to perform (‘Force Majeure), Second Space will inform client at least 7 days before the shoot.  Client acknowledges and agrees that client shall assume the risk of loss and if the event must be canceled due to Force Majeure, then neither party shall be obligated under this contract and Second Space shall return all deposits in full to client less institution transaction fees. 
 

PAYMENT and DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of 40% of the total contract value is required to secure a date and price. Final space rental balance is due ten (10) business days before your event occurs.  Payments can be made via cash (through paypal) or credit card.  
*Rates are subject to change based on the nature of the event or booking.

ADMINISTRATIVE/CLEANING FEE

A 30% administrative fee will be added to the invoice for cleaning,  processing, administration fees, insurance, and other operational expenses.

FULL BUYOUT

Use of the entire space. Perfect for large events or workshops.
